We’ve developed a frozen food range with over 300 products across all 9 frozen categories, our range consisting of both tertiary brands offering fantastic quality and value, complemented by a whole host of leading brands.
We’ve also developed a fully integrated ‘direct to store’ supply chain solution whereby store staff simply log onto our website from an iPad and place their order for delivery direct to store the very next day. Within minutes of the store confirming their order, a pick sheet will automatically be printed at our 4,500 pallet frozen distribution centre in Birkenhead where picking will commence immediately. An emailed copy of the order is then sent to the store and head office as a confirmed purchase order.
As we deliver direct to store in temperature-controlled vehicles, the only investment retailers need to make is for the instore freezers. Thankfully, we’ve partnered with a leading manufacturer of Europe’s most efficient freezers, available at extremely competitive prices, to buy or rent.
For retailers that haven’t sold frozen food before. we offer a full ‘Food Safety Manual‘ and ‘Store Trading Diary’ that are both extremely user friendly. These are tried and tested in our own stores, all of which have achieved the maximum hygiene rating of 5.
